We aim to bring the best foods from Australia, Vietnam, The Mediterranean & beyond to Hong Kong. The Bun Cha Vietnamese brand restaurant has opened 3 outlets in Hong Kong, with a dark kitchen outlet opened under the Deliveroo brand early in 2019

Our Story

Our team of directors are from Australia & Vietnam. We have been working in the hospitality business for more than 20 years, working for many different high end brand hotel and entertainment groups. The mix of food and music has always been the perfect combination. With this experience we can produce quality restaurants, import the best foods and produce a music portfolio for any commercial F&B operation.
